MINILIFE SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

After your order is placed and payment is successfully approved, it enters our processing stage, which includes order verification, picking, packing, and dispatch.

This process typically takes 2 to 5 business days.


2. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 15 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.

Please note that external factors such as postal strikes, weather conditions, restricted delivery areas, customs inspections, or national holidays may cause occasional delays beyond our control.


3. Shipping Methods

Minilife ships both domestically and internationally, working with fulfillment partners and warehouses located in the United States, Europe, and Asia, depending on product availability and destination.

Orders are usually delivered by local postal services or partner carriers. In certain situations, such as recipient absence, delivery restrictions in specific regions, or incorrect address details, the package may be held at the nearest carrier facility for pickup. In these cases, the customer will be notified via email or messaging service when available.

Note: Multi-item orders may be split into multiple parcels for faster delivery.

Important: If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, the package may be returned to the sender. Customers are fully responsible for ensuring their shipping information is accurate at checkout.

Carriers typically make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be available for pickup at a nearby carrier location for up to 7 calendar days. After this period, the order may be returned to the sender.


4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Minilife ships orders strictly to the address provided during checkout. To avoid delivery issues, please carefully review all shipping details before completing your purchase.


5. Recipient Unavailable

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the delivery address. The carrier will attempt delivery up to three times.

If the recipient is unavailable during all attempts, the package will be sent to a nearby pickup location, where it must be collected within 7 calendar days. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to the sender.

In such cases, a new shipping fee will be required to resend the order.

All delivery attempts and pickup location details can be tracked using the tracking number provided, through the carrier’s website.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Minilife is not responsible for shipping issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

If a delivery fails due to address errors and the carrier returns the package without further delivery attempts, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Should the customer wish to have the product shipped again, a new shipping fee will apply, calculated based on the destination.
