What’s included in the kit?
Each kit includes pre cut and pre painted wooden pieces, step by step instructions, LED lighting components, and the special materials needed to build the scene.
Note: Glue is not included due to shipping restrictions.
Is it easy to assemble?
Yes. Every kit comes with detailed, illustrated instructions. Even beginners can build it with patience and attention to detail.
How long does it take to build?
On average, 6 to 15 hours. Some people build it in one session, while others split it over several days as a relaxing hobby.
What kind of glue should I use?
We recommend white glue (PVA) or liquid silicone glue. Both are easy to find at most craft or stationery stores.
Is it safe for kids?
Yes, but we recommend adult supervision since some pieces are small and may present a choking hazard.
What if a piece is missing or arrives damaged?
No worries. Contact us with your order number and we’ll send a replacement.
Do I need batteries?
Only for kits with LED lighting. In that case, you’ll need 2 AAA batteries (not included).
Do the lights turn off automatically?
No. The lights stay on until you switch them off.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Usually yes, but in some cases items may ship from different warehouses. If that happens, you’ll receive separate tracking codes for each shipment.
